Columbus House, Inc. seeks a full-time SSVF Case Manager (32 hours/week), non-exempt, to serve veteran households at risk of homelessness in New Haven, CT.
Under the SSVF Program Manager, you will provide housing search, counseling, service coordination, and progress evaluation. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human services and at least two years’ experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license.

Purpose Under the direction of the SSVF Program Manager, the SSVF Case Manager will provide case management services to veteran households who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Case management services will include housing search, placement, counseling, service coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of program participant progress toward housing goals and linkages to outside referrals.
Salary: $25.50 to $27.50 per hour plus excellent benefits.
Schedule:32 Hours per weekTuesday– Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
