Job summary

Themesoft Inc is seeking an experienced Onsite Lead for data integration and BI projects in the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack. You will manage client interactions, coordinate offshore teams, and drive delivery in an onsite-offshore model from Miami, FL. Remote work is allowed where appropriate.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in SQL Server BI, strong SSIS/T-SQL/SSMS skills, data warehousing knowledge (star schema, dimensional modeling), and excellent communication for stakeholder management.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in SQL Server BI technologies, data integration, and client-facing leadership.
Deep hands-on expertise in SSIS, T-SQL, SSMS, and ETL/ELT methodologies.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts such as star schema and dimensional modeling.
Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models and enterprise BI environments.

Responsibilities

Manage client interactions and coordinate offshore teams.
Support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics using the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack.
Lead technical discussions and drive delivery in an onsite-offshore model.
Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and best practices.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate business requirements.
