Job summary

Themesoft Inc is seeking an experienced Onsite Lead for data integration and BI projects in the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack. You will manage client interactions, coordinate offshore teams, and drive delivery in an onsite-offshore model from Miami, FL. Remote work is allowed where appropriate.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in SQL Server BI, strong SSIS/T-SQL/SSMS skills, data warehousing knowledge (star schema, dimensional modeling), and excellent communication for stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SQL Server BI technologies, data integration, and client-facing leadership.
• Deep hands-on expertise in SSIS, T-SQL, SSMS, and ETL/ELT methodologies.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts such as star schema and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models and enterprise BI environments.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Developer

Location: Miami, FL (remote ok , local candidates highly preferred)

Duration: 6+ Months

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Onsite Lead to manage client interactions, coordinate offshore teams, and support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions using the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Knowledge of ETL/ELT methodologies and data integration best practices.
• Experience with SQL Server Agent job scheduling and automation.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts such as star schema and dimensional modeling.
• Work with Solution Architects to understand customers' business requirements and implement

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Exposure to enterprise reporting and BI environments.
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and terminology

Soft Skills

Experience
