Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Sr. CI/CD Automation & DevOps Engineer for a global semiconductor leader in Longmont, CO 100% onsite. Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for firmware/software development and take ownership of release automation.

You will collaborate with firmware, validation, security, and platform engineering teams, develop Python/Bash scripts, and strengthen automated testing within distributed environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5-7 years of experience in DevOps/CI/CD or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting CI/CD environments.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Tekton, Azure DevOps.
• Strong Linux administration and Python scripting/automation development.

As a Sr. CI/CD Automation & DevOps Eng, you will be part of the engineering organization supporting SSD firmware development and validation teams. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on CI/CD ownership, strong Linux administration and troubleshooting, and a passion for automation and reliable build systems—aligning successfully in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Location: Longmont, Colorado (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $75

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 5-7 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD Engineering, Automation Engineering, Software Development, or a related discipline.

• Strong hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD environments.

• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Tekton, Azure DevOps, or similar technologies.

• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, plus proficiency in Python scripting and automation development.
