Job summary

The Cuyahoga County Board of DD (Cuyahoga DD) is seeking a Manager to plan, organize, and coordinate all training and onboarding for new staff in the Service & Support Administration (SSA) Department. You will supervise onboarding staff, oversee compliance reviews, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure SSA staff meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special education, Social Work, Psychology or related area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new SSAs, schedule training modules, and recruit/train trainee staff.
• Coordinate SSA Supervisor training, onboarding, and annual education topics; ensure up-to-date DoDD guidance.
• Develop and coordinate routine refresher trainings for SSA leadership on policies, waivers, MAC, and supervisory coaching.
