Qualifications

• Active SRNA certification with Kentucky Board of Nursing.
• Or graduate from approved Nurse Aide Training program and pass state competency within 120 days from hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to residents under charge nurse supervision.
• Deliver care in a safe, dignified environment in accordance with facility policies.
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Observe resident rights and report incidents to supervisors.
• Assist with vital signs, documentation, and care planning as needed.
