Qualifications

• Active SRNA certification or equivalently recognized eligibility in Kentucky is required.
• Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training program with state competency evaluation within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine nursing care to residents under the direction of the charge nurse.
• Maintain resident dignity, rights, and comfort in accordance with facility policies.
• Assist with activities of daily living and report changes to licensed staff.
• Monitor residents' condition, document observations, and participate in care planning.
