Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CNA license per state requirements.
• Previous nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents and administer treatments per facility policy.
• Report changes to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident dignity and safety during care.
