Job summary

Navstar is seeking a DevOps/Systems Engineer with a TS/SCI clearance to maintain development, testing, and production environments. You will build automation, manage CI/CD pipelines, and implement security hardening across platforms.

Required are Kubernetes experience, Grafana dashboards, and strong communication skills. AWS knowledge and Puppet/Jenkins mastery are a plus. Competitive pay and bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Degree in computer science, information systems or related field with progressive software development experience.
• 4+ years with a bachelor's degree or 2+ years with a master's degree; substitutions allowed.

Responsibilities

• Builds and deploys automation, monitoring, and analysis solutions.
• Manages CI/CD pipeline to maximize efficiency.
• Implements security hardening and configuration management practices.
• Maintains operational administration, backups, disaster recovery, and monitoring.
• Develops tools and microservices for deployment and operations platform.
• Tests system integrity and deployment processes.
• Works with open-source technologies and CI/CD tools.
• Keeps up with industry trends to improve the business.
