Cisco is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Technical Leader for the Intersight team. You will lead a high-performing SRE group, shaping the technical roadmap, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of cloud services across multi-region deployments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s +8 years of related experience or higher.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and IaC using Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, networking, security, and CI/CD.
• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms, including metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar programming languages, with a strong understanding of software development principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and influence a high-performing SRE team responsible for reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of cloud services.
• Collaborate with product engineering, service engineering, SRE teams, customers, and security teams to design, build, and maintain SaaS systems.
• Design, build, and optimize cloud and data infrastructure for high availability and scalability.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering and operational excellence across the organization.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, processes, and automation to deploy software components at scale.
