Job summary
Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Technical Leader for the Intersight team to drive reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with significant related experience
- Experience designing scalable, reliable, production-ready solutions
- Cloud platforms experience, preferably AWS, and IaC with Terraform or Ansible
- Linux, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, networking, security, and CI/CD
- Observability and monitoring using metrics, logs, tracing, dashboards, and alerts
- Programming in Python or Go or similar languages
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize cloud data infrastructure with SRE principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analyses
- Lead architectural vision and roadmap for SRE team
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence
- Engage with customers to translate feedback into actionable insights
- Develop core data platform capabilities and automation
- Create strategic roadmaps and scalable infrastructure
