Qualifications
- 9 years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure management, or related field.
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in software/infra, or equivalent.
- Master's Degree with 3+ years in software/infra, or equivalent.
- Doctorate with 1 year in software/infra, or equivalent.
- 5 years of automation experience.
- 7 years of programming and/or scripting experience.
- 2 years of leadership with direct reports.
- 2 years of budget or project financials experience.
Responsibilities
- Forecast capacity and ensure resources match current and future workloads.
- Collaborate with software teams to ensure reliable, scalable deployments.
- Identify prototyping opportunities and lead initiatives.
- Monitor health, performance, incidents, and root cause analyses.
- Guide post-mortems and prevent recurrence.
- Lead automation reviews and tooling improvements.
