Responsibilities

• Provide cloud operations for Oracle National Security Realms.
• Be part of a dynamic team with broad knowledge of Oracle’s cloud platform.
• Escalation points for junior SREs during complex incidents; 24/7 shift with on-call duties.
• Manage and execute complex Change Management tickets with service teams.
• On-board new services and tools, ensuring operational readiness and integration.
• Mentor SREs and create useful operational documentation.
• Identify manual work areas and drive automation to reduce toil.
• Automate tasks for continuous delivery and availability with minimal human overhead.
• Design safer, more effective solutions and ensure realm compliance.
• Complete change requests for new functionality and incident resolution; collaborate globally.
• Define change management, CI, and deployment best practices; contribute to production architectures.
