Job summary

KFC US is seeking a Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead the reliability and day-to-day operation of key infrastructure supporting KFC US restaurant technology, including cloud infrastructure, restaurant connectivity and in-store edge systems. The role drives architecture, delivery pipelines and security in partnership with KFC US leadership.

The candidate will lead the engineering team, foster documentation and cross-training, and ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and scalable

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years in infrastructure, platform or reliability engineering.
2+ years leading or mentoring engineers.
Experience across cloud infrastructure, networking, systems or delivery pipelines.
In-store edge and restaurant connectivity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the KFC US engineering team, coaching and mentoring engineers.
Drive platform reliability, architecture and design reviews across cloud and in-store infrastructure.
Oversee monitoring, incident response, on-call model and post-incident reviews.
Coordinate with vendor/contractor relationships and external security teams.
Ensure PCI/security standards and enterprise compliance for the platform.
