KFC US is seeking a Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead the reliability and day-to-day operation of critical infrastructure for KFC US restaurant technology. This role focuses on in-store edge infrastructure, restaurant connectivity and cloud systems, driving automation and cross-team collaboration with technology leadership.

Formación

• 8+ years in infrastructure, platform or reliability engineering.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers.
• Experience with cloud, networking, systems or delivery pipelines.
• In-store edge and restaurant connectivity experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead reliability and day-to-day operations of the KFC US infrastructure platform.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps for cloud, networking, and in-store systems.
• Oversee on-call and incident response; drive post-incident reviews.
• Automate to reduce toil and improve reliability and deployment safety.
• Partner with Yum! Cyber Security on security and compliance.
