Applaudo seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability across cloud, edge, networking, and device management for restaurant technology. You will design and build scalable, secure architectures on AWS with Azure knowledge and lead incident response in a hybrid on-site role in Louisville, Kentucky.

You bring 6+ years in IT infrastructure including 3+ in SRE, hands-on AWS and Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD, with a focus on SLOs/SLIs, automation, and security.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in IT infrastructure with 3+ years in SRE, cloud architecture, or platform engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on AWS experience across VPC, EC2, EKS, Fargate, IAM, RDS, and S3.
• Azure experience and strong Kubernetes skills, including edge deployments.
• Terraform for IaC and GitLab CI/CD for pipelines.
• Ability to define and operate against SLOs/SLIs and run blameless post-incident reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own SLOs/SLIs for restaurant technology with error budgets.
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability platforms.
• Lead incident response and blameless post-incident reviews.
• Drive root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Reduce MTTR through tooling, runbooks, and automation.
• Design scalable, secure AWS cloud architectures with Azure knowledge.
• Architect and manage containers on Kubernetes, including edge deployments.
• Develop IaC using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
• Build internal tools and API integrations to remove repetitive work.
• Collaborate across engineering, DevOps, and security teams.
