Entech is hiring a Production Support Engineer (SRE Observability) for a financial services client. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Malvern, PA three days per week.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of production support or SRE experience.
• Strong AWS/Cloud experience.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, Honeycomb, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with job scheduling/automation (Control-M).

Aufgaben

• Triage, investigate, and troubleshoot production incidents and service requests.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership and driving resolution.
• Monitor application health and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
