Job summary

IBM is seeking a motivated IT Administrator with an interest in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to join our team. You will help manage enterprise IT systems, provide automation, and contribute to reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities include incident response, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to work on networking and cloud environments using Kubernetes and modern tooling. Bachelor’s degree required, strong problem-solving a must.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python, Go, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support enterprise IT systems including servers, VMs, and cloud environments.
• Monitor performance and identify reliability issues.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident analysis.
• Document configurations, procedures, and reliability metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure delivery.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices; troubleshoot connectivity issues.
