Job summary

Graphcore seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineering leader to build and lead a new SRE organization for a rapidly scaling AI supercomputing platform in Austin, TX. The role covers formation, hiring, and establishing production readiness for a 24x7 service, partnering with engineering, and ensuring reliability is engineered in from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience building or leading SRE/Production Engineering for large-scale, highly available production infrastructure.
• Experience taking a platform from readiness through launch, stabilization and scale.
• Strong background in Linux, networking, storage, distributed systems, automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the SRE organization from initial formation to 24x7x365 production operations.
• Define operating model, staffing, on-call, incident management and runbooks with strong automation.
• Lead production readiness, SLOs, alerting standards and reliability reporting.
• Drive blameless post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
