We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to lead technical excellence across multiple teams.
This full-time, onsite role in Austin, TX requires strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, AI/ML integration, and modern DevOps practices.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SRE teams in delivering projects using Scrum and efficient release practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute onboardings and integrations.
- Translate high-level designs into detailed technical solutions and provide technical oversight.
- Architect and deploy cloud-native applications on platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Work with databases including MongoDB, Aerospike, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Utilize AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity and documentation.
- Integrate AI/ML models for analytics, visualization, and automation.
- Present architectural solutions to governance boards and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach teams to drive engineering excellence.
- Maintain high standards of quality while delivering under tight timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in cloud-native application design and deployment.
- Strong background in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration in software development.
- Proficiency in container orchestration, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and mentor engineers effectively.
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX (Monday–Friday).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with enterprise-level architecture and governance processes.
- Knowledge of modern observability tools and practices.
