Job summary
Citi is seeking an experienced SRE Lead Analyst (Vice President) to drive a Site Reliability Engineering transformation for Emerging Payments. You will lead a global team, implement advanced observability, chaos engineering, and end‑to‑end automation to improve system stability, scalability, and performance for high‑throughput payments infrastructure.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps/Production Engineering.
- Experience in real-time payments or critical financial systems.
- Proven leadership of SRE transformations across hybrid/modern stacks.
Responsibilities
- Lead SRE transformation and regional leadership for Emerging Payments.
- Design and deploy unified observability across stacks.
- Develop resiliency, auto-healing and chaos engineering strategies.
- Reduce toil through automation and runbook automation.
- Ensure Production Readiness and enforce NFRs for onboarding.
- Collaborate with architecture and business leads to communicate health metrics.
- Drive incident triage, recovery and continuous improvement.
