Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Lead to drive reliability, observability, and security across large-scale API platforms.

You will own production engineering, implement SRE best practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets), and lead remediation for platform stabilization in a regulated environment. The role demands hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, middleware, and scripting across Linux/Windows systems.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SRE frameworks and incident management practices.
• Hands-on production engineering across large-scale, distributed runtimes.
• Strong scripting skills with Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Kubernetes, IaC tooling, and observability stacks.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform reliability and observability across API services.
• Lead EOL remediation and platform stabilization efforts.
• Implement SRE best practices: SLIs / SLOs / error budgets.
• Oversee on-call coverage and incident postmortems.
• Ensure security and risk mitigation in production environments.
