Job summary

MoldStud is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and scale highly available fintech production systems. You will own reliability, observability, and secure delivery pipelines across cloud-native platforms.

Ideal candidates have deep experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and modern CI/CD tooling, along with strong communication and analytical skills to drive incident response and blameless postmortems across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• STEM degree required.
• Proven SRE-focused experience.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Hands-on Kubernetes expertise.
• Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus or similar).
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins or similar.
• Terraform experience.
• Strong AWS experience (Azure is a plus).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
• Improve production resilience and automate operational processes.
• Lead major incident response and conduct blameless postmortems.
• Debug complex production issues across Kubernetes, networking, and application layers.
• Build and enhance observability and reliability tooling.
• Review and improve Helm charts, Terraform modules, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed reliability across the SDLC.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SRE to design, implement, and scale highly reliable production systems in a fintech environment. This role requires deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes-based architectures, observability, automation, and production resilience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and platform teams to ensure system stability, scalability, and secure delivery pipelines.

Critical Requirements

• STEM degree, any discipline.
• Proven past experience working as an SRE.
• Strong Python experience.
• Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong Helm experience.
• Experience with observability tools: Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar alternatives.
• Strong CI/CD experience (Jenkins or similar).
• Hands-on Terraform experience.
• Strong AWS experience (Azure is a plus).
• Strong communication and soft skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to think through complex problems end-to-end.
• Ability to provide professional references.
