Responsibilities

• Defend Citigroup uptime through the 2 a.m. Cincinnati pages nobody volunteers for
• Apply Resilience and Persuasion to solve customer-obsessed engineering challenges
• Pair with technology analysts so Citigroup's GitHub Actions models match real behavior
• Champion engineering excellence and continuous learning within Citigroup
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using Resilience
• Read the ELK Stack traces others skim past, and trace bugs to their root
• Own data integrity across Citigroup's Splunk stores so Cincinnati numbers never lie
