Synchrony Systems Inc is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) specialized in Dynatrace Observability in Mount Laurel, NJ. The role focuses on reliability, performance, and scalability of enterprise applications with proactive monitoring, automation, and incident management.

You will design and maintain Dynatrace monitoring, implement dashboards, and integrate with ITSM tools, while defining SLIs/SLOs and driving automation to reduce toil.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Dynatrace Observability, APM, Cloud Platforms, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Configure Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring, and Service Flow analysis.
• Develop dashboards, alerting profiles, and custom metrics to enable proactive observability.
• Configure Davis AI for root cause analysis and intelligent alerting.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Teams, and Slack.
