Job summary

Wipro Limited is hiring for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Ops team in a production environment. The role involves incident management, change coordination, and supporting deployments across banking/finance platforms.

The position requires experience in Unix/Linux, SQL, monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace), and willingness to work shifts including weekends. AWS and PCF knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• SRE background with production operations and incident handling.
• Experience in card payment or banking domains.
• Strong Unix/Linux and SQL skills for operations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Work orders and coordinate with regional product and support teams.
• Report deployment issues and work with Dev to fix them.
• Incident resolution and root cause analysis for high severity incidents.
