Virtru is seeking a Data Warehouse & Analytics Architect with deep SRE experience to lead architecture and technical health of our data platforms. You will mentor engineers, design scalable data lakehouse solutions, and guide deployments across cloud environments while balancing hands-on coding with strategic leadership.

You will collaborate with engineering managers, product, and other architects to align the data strategy with business goals, drive reliability, performance, and security, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• At least 7 years of data warehouse, database, or data processing and analytics experience.
• Proven experience in architectural or technical leadership roles.

Mansioni

• Lead system design and architecture reviews for scaled data warehouses and engineer and deploying web scale data analytics applications.
• Deep experience in SRE and deploying data and AI analytic applications at scale to clouds.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including ADRs, to ensure alignment with software architecture.
• Data lakehouse design, data modeling, and integration patterns for deploy databases and data as a service, at scale.
• Provide technical direction for scaling features involving data storage, processing and deployments.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, AIOps and MLOps.
• Monitor and improve technical debt across engineering teams related to data storage and SRE.
