Job summary

AVER, LLC seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead design, integration, and sustainment of complex data-driven platforms supporting government mission objectives. You will steer data lake and reporting architectures, optimize SQL across Redshift, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, and drive scalable, secure solutions with Python/Java software development.

The role requires 15+ years in data analytics/solutions architecture, experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, and a track record of delivering high-impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in data analysis, assessment and/or reporting.
• Experience designing, integrating, modernizing, or sustaining data-driven applications, systems, or reporting platforms.
• Experience developing data integration solutions (ETL/ELT, automated workflows, enterprise data pipelines).
• Experience developing and optimizing SQL on Redshift, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of complex data-driven applications and reporting platforms.
• Provide solutions architecture to align technical solutions with mission objectives and priorities.
• Coordinate daily development activities: priorities, assignments, schedules, risks, deliverables.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure architecture for data environments.
• Develop and optimize data integration solutions and enterprise data pipelines.
• Architect and support data lakes, data fabrics, and analytics-ready data stores.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL solutions on Redshift, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
