Skan AI, a leading context engine for agentic AI, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability and operational health of cloud-hosted customer environments. This role sits in Customer Cloud Ops and bridges software and infrastructure with automation to scale operations.

You will be on‑call, drive MTTR improvements, and help maintain rigorous SLA commitments while pushing for automated, agentic workflows that eliminate toil across platforms.

Formación

• 5-8 years of experience as an SRE engineer.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP at scale.
• Observability and monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Incident management: on-call discipline and post-mortem culture.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor platform health and performance across all cloud‑hosted environments.
• Own P1/P2 incidents and drive MTTR reductions.
• Plan capacity for customer deployments and prevent resource issues.
• Design and implement automation to reduce toil.
• Coordinate changes and releases to minimize risk to production.
• Maintain runbooks for known failure patterns and procedures.
• Validate HA/DR playbooks and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Track SLO/SLA adherence and report on performance.
• Collaborate with Automation Engineering on agentic workflows.
