Job summary

Apple Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an SRAM Circuit Designer within the Digital Custom Group to craft SRAM circuits for high-performance SoCs like M1/A-series. You will define architectures, write RTL, and collaborate with layout and verification teams to deliver robust silicon.

The role emphasizes power, timing, and area optimization, as well as post-silicon support and productization efforts. At least 10 years’ relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• BS and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in SRAM or memory design within an SoC.
• Knowledge of cache design, memory hierarchy, and RTL modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom digital circuits for SRAM design.
• Define architecture/topologies optimizing for power, timing, area and yield.
• Schematic capture, simulations/analysis, margin verifications.
• Write RTL, validate use-cases, verify against design schematics.
• Backend verification, IR/EM; verify extracted GDS meets specs.
• Support post-silicon effort to enable productization.
