Job summary

Apple Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an Implementation Engineer within the Digital Custom Group to drive PPA targets for next-generation SOCs, including M2/A16 scale insights.

You will work across SRAM and custom circuit teams, validating specs and guiding design through feasibility to GDS release. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timing, power and area goals are met while maintaining high quality and on-schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Define PPA targets for current and future tech nodes.
• Collaborate with SRAM and custom circuit teams to formulate design specifications.
• Perform Layout/Simulations to establish PPA trends.
• Finalize SRAMs and custom designs to be built for next SOCs/products.
• Coordinate with cross functional design teams to define specs, track dependencies and provide technical solutions.
• Track design development of SRAMs and other custom designs for schedule, spec closure, PPA & quality.
