CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Coordinator for Workplace Experience in Bellevue to deliver premier customer service to employees and guests at Key Center and Skyline Tower.

You will manage amenity spaces, coordinate events, and ensure high standards of service across property operations. The role focuses on building trusted client relationships, negotiating with partners, and driving community engagement through programs, vendor partnerships, and the Kilroy brand-aligned experiences.

Responsibilities

• Management of amenity spaces across Key Center and Skyline Tower, including club room, boardroom, lounge, fitness center, golf center, outdoor plaza, and related spaces
• Lead all aspects of amenity spaces and TX/CX programming from contract/booking through execution
• Implement CBRE RISE hospitality standards to guide operational teams in delivering best-in-class service reflecting the Kilroy brand
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships; negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities
• Develop vendor partnerships to drive cost-saving efforts; negotiate contracts and ensure insurance and documentation are current
• Oversee programs run by third-party vendors (food delivery, events, transportation, mail distribution); ensure invoicing is accurate
• Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, and foster collaboration across stakeholders to execute successful events
• Drive amenity usage and retail activation at both properties
• Program and coordinate community events, signage, vendor contracts, and notices; leverage best practices to improve events
• Research Pop-Ups programs to boost community engagement and tenant revenue
• Update and manage the master calendar of property programming to balance owner-sponsored, community, pop-ups, and tenant events
• Support maintenance of the mobile building app with content aligned to Kilroy brand and tenant leasing tours
• Deliver monthly owner-approved reports detailing asset time usage, events, amenity utilization, brand efforts, leasing engagement, app usage, and upcoming events
• Role may require oversight of after-hours events

About The Role:

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Sr. Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of Key Center and Skyline Tower. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function, which provides premier customer service to the clients and visitors of the designated buildings.

What You’ll Do:

• Management of all amenity spaces which includes: Key Center Amenity Spaces – club room, boardroom, lounge, REV Fitness center, Golf center, and outdoor plaza; Skyline Amenity Spaces – Outdoor plaza, gym, food truck activation.
• Lead all aspects of the amenity spaces and TX/CX programming offerings at the building, from contract/booking to execution.
• Implement CBRE RISE hospitality standards and resources that guide operational teams in delivering best‑in‑class service to reflect the Kilroy brand.
• Build and maintain a trusted client relationship; negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities.
• Develop vendor partnerships to drive cost saving efforts; handle negotiations for contract services and confirm that all vendors have current and adequate proof of insurance and contractual documentation.
• Oversee programs run by third‑party vendors, such as handling food delivery, organizing events, coordinating transportation, or mail distribution; ensure all invoices for business services are billed.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values; encourage collaboration and alignment among various parties to achieve successful events.
• Drive amenity usage and retail activation at both properties.
• Program and lead community events coordination, signage, vendor contract processing, and communication notices; leverage best practices and industry experts to enhance the type and quality of events delivered at the properties.
• Research and identify Pop Ups programs that drive community engagement, generate revenue, and support the asset and tenants.
• Update and manage the master calendar of property programming—balancing owner‑sponsored, community, pop‑ups, and tenant‑related events.
• Support maintenance of the mobile building app, ensuring content strategies align with the Kilroy brand vision, that programming is communicated, and Kilroy Perks are available for tenant use and to support leasing tours.
• Deliver monthly Owner‑approved reports that include an overview of time spent at each asset, property and tenant events, amenity space utilization, community event engagement, Kilroy branding efforts, leasing engagement, mobile app utilizations, Kilroy Food and Beverage utilization, upcoming events, and other relevant data.
• Role may require oversight of after‑hours events.
