A Sr Welder - Training Lead (Aluminum), reports to a Production Supervisor, leading and directing aluminum welding training within MLS manufacturing processes and guidelines.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: Minimum five years in MIG and TIG aluminum welding, with formal craft training, blueprint reading, and shop math skills.
Must be certified through MLS training center and demonstrate skills via welding test. Flexibility to work extended hours, rotating shifts, and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Work in non-climate-controlled environments with physical activities including lifting, climbing, crawling, working at heights, and handling chemicals. Must meet physical demand levels as per job analysis.
