A leading company is seeking a Sr UX Researcher to design and analyze user experiments for FinTech products. As a Sr UX Researcher, you will design, execute, and analyze user experiments to guide the development of Amazon FinTech products from a research prototype to launch. This role is on the FinTech UX Design and Research team with the impact, autonomy, flexibility, and speed of innovation of a high-growth startup, powered by the resources of Amazon. The Sr. UX Researcher will have a passion for improving the customer experience and driving high-visibility programs that will impact product designs used by millions of people. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $226,500 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
