Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a Store Innovation team in Irving, TX. You will own end-to-end design for enterprise tools used across thousands of locations, translating complex workflows into intuitive experiences.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, create flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma, contribute to a design system, and advocate for accessibility and user-centered solutions on a 6-month onsite contract.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end digital product design in enterprise environments.
• Portfolio demonstrates research, information architecture, interaction design and visual execution.
• Proficient with Figma and design systems contributions.
• Experience designing responsive web apps for desktop and mobile.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.

Role Summary We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a high-impact Store Innovation team responsible for designing tools used across more than 14,000 locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on, systems-minded designer who thrives on simplifying complexity and creating intuitive, scalable enterprise experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to translate complex workflows into seamless user experiences. From concept to delivery, you will own the design process—bringing clarity, consistency, and innovation to tools that drive daily operations at scale.
