Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design with business impact.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Experience in Agile product development environments.
• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong accessibility standards knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints and business objectives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of UX research methods and applying insights to product decisions.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences and emerging design trends.
• Bachelor's degree in HCI/Design or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams.
• Simplify complex workflows and design solutions that improve usability and efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Incorporate user research, analytics, and feedback into design decisions.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and customer-centered design practices.
• Clearly communicate design rationale and influence decisions across stakeholders.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI-enabled experiences, to improve product value.
