Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a Store Innovation team in Irving, TX. You will own end-to-end design for enterprise tools used across thousands of locations, translating complex workflows into intuitive experiences.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, create flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma, contribute to a design system, and advocate for accessibility and user-centered solutions on a 6-month onsite contract.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end digital product design in enterprise environments.
• Portfolio demonstrates research, information architecture, interaction design and visual execution.
• Proficient with Figma and design systems contributions.
• Experience designing responsive web apps for desktop and mobile.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Familiar with Agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable UX for enterprise workflows across storefront tools.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to a cohesive design system and accessibility.
• Lead design critiques and stakeholder alignment.
• Prototype new capabilities including personalization and AI concepts.
