Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and mobile.
• Expert proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, IA, visual design, and usability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX and UI design process for responsive web, native mobile, and AI-powered applications.
• Design intuitive customer journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business objectives and user needs into product experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure feasible and high-quality implementation.
• Design AI-assisted user experiences, including conversational interfaces and personalized workflows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Utilize analytics and A/B testing to improve experiences.
• Advocate for user-centered design balancing business, tech, and delivery timelines.
• Stay current with UX methodologies, AI technologies, accessibility, and trends.

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UX/Product Designer to lead the design of modern customer-facing digital experiences across web, mobile, and AI-powered applications.

This is for a hands‑on design leader passionate about creating intuitive, scalable, and engaging user experiences.

We are looking for someone with extensive B2C application experience rather than B2B experience.

This is a local role in Dallas.

The ideal candidate has a strong product mindset, excels in solving complex user problems, and has experience designing modern consumer-facing digital products. This role will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define and deliver exceptional digital experiences that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX and UI design process for responsive web, native mobile, and AI-powered applications.
• Design intuitive customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business objectives and customer needs into innovative product experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.
• Design AI-assisted user experiences, including conversational interfaces, intelligent recommendations, personalized workflows, and digital assistants.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and customer interviews.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and design standards.
• Use customer analytics and A/B testing results to continuously improve user experiences.
• Advocate for user-centred design while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Stay current with emerging UX methodologies, AI technologies, accessibility standards, and modern design trends.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across modern web and mobile applications.
• Expert proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability principles.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design improvements.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered or AI-assisted applications.
• Experience with conversational UX, AI co-pilots, or intelligent workflow applications.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-pilot, Claude, or Gemini.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with analytics platforms and A/B testing.
