Why You’ll Love This Job
  • Work on high-impact digital products used at scale
  • Influence outcomes by owning UX initiatives end to end
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design partners
  • Apply a broad UX skill set across research, strategy, and execution
  • Mentor other designers and help shape design standards and practices
  • Opportunity to work in both Product and Design Operations environments
What You’ll Do
  • Influence product decisions using UX best practices, design principles, and research insights
  • Partner with Engineering to design solutions that are effective, efficient, and feasible
  • Collect, analyze, synthesize, and act on user feedback to evolve UX deliverables
  • Clearly present design work and rationale using strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Provide regular status updates, risks, and dependencies using project management tools
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members to drive progress
  • Design visual styles, interaction patterns, and flows aligned with design systems and standards
  • Create conceptual diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Apply systems thinking and strong information architecture to complex experiences
  • Define research strategies tied to outcomes; develop usability test plans, scripts, and scenarios
  • Conduct research using methods such as heuristic reviews, user interviews, and moderated/unmoderated testing
  • Regularly formulate and test hypotheses throughout design iterations
  • Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from ideation through implementation
  • Mentor and guide other designers to foster growth and collaboration
  • Ensure designs are responsive, adaptive, and accessible across desktop and mobile platforms
