Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a UX Sr. Product Designer to influence product decisions through user-centered research and design. You will collaborate with engineering to translate insights into tangible features, and drive end-to-end UX deliverables in a hybrid Fort Worth setting.

You will mentor peers, communicate clearly to stakeholders, and ensure responsive interfaces across devices while applying design system patterns and best practices.

Job Title: UX Sr. Product Designer
Job Location: Fort Worth Texas 76155 (Hybrid)
Job Duration: 3 months with possible till next year December
Description:

• Influence outcomes and Product Owner decisions based on UX best practices, designprinciplesand research, using agile
• methodologies.
• Collaborate with Engineering to find the most effective,expedientand efficient way to implement solutions.
• Collect, analyze,presentand action feedback and manage changes to UX deliverables.
• Present work clearly and compellingly to stakeholders,leveragingstorytelling and presentation skills.
• Providetimelystatus updates (including work left to do, issues and risks) using project management tools like Rally, Jira,Aha!,etc.
• Communicate effectively with all team members to get work done.
• Design the visual style, interface and interaction flow of applications and experiences that adhere to design standards and thepatterns of a design system.
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visualmockupsand prototypes that consider systems thinking and information
• architecture.
• Create research strategies based on desired outcomes and develop usability test plans,scriptsand scenarios for prototypes.Regularly formulate and test hypotheses during design iterations.
• Use research techniques (heuristic reviews, user interviews, remote unmoderated and in-person testing) todetermineease-of-use
• and comprehension of designs and ideas.
• Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from ideation through execution.
• Mentor and guide other Designers to foster growth and collaboration.
• Ensure designs are responsive and adaptive for both desktop and mobile platforms.

Years of Experience Required:

• 3+yearsof experience as a UX practitioner with a background in user experience design, interaction design or similar

Top 3 Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• Strong skills in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma)
• Experience working closely with Engineers frominceptionthrough implementation in an agile environment
• Experience collaborating effectively acrossstakeholders,disciplines, product lines, roles, geographical and time zone boundaries
• Advanced analytical skills dealing with complex data problems and implementing sustainable solutions

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• Experience with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.0+ AA compliance,localizationand inclusive design
• Understanding of HTML, CSS,JavaScriptand other frontend development languages
• Storytelling and presentation skills to effectively communicate design decisions
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to label, classify and intelligently build flows and wireframes for complex computerapplications are a plus
• Leverage emerging AI tools and capabilities as part of the design process to improve efficiency, inform decision-making, and support scalable design solutions
