Job summary

Cox is seeking an HR Systems Analyst - UKG Configuration Specialist to drive UKG configuration across the HRT Application Management team for US operations, focusing on Timekeeping, Accruals, and related modules. You will collaborate with HR partners to deliver enterprise-scale HR solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR tech and hands-on UKG experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to align configurations with strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in HR technology.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering UKG Workforce Management (WFM), UKG Pro, or UKG Dimensions.
  • Proven experience configuring and maintaining timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, accruals, pay rules, and workforce management modules within UKG.
  • Strong functional knowledge of time collection, labor tracking, overtime calculations, shift differentials, and payroll integration processes.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system configurations, workflows, and process improvements within UKG.
  • Ability to configure, test, troubleshoot, and deploy system enhancements, rule changes, and updates across UKG environments.
  • Experience supporting timekeeping compliance requirements, including overtime regulations, meal and break rules, and state-specific labor regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, presentation and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact with senior management.
  • Ability to make decisions considering long-term implications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Partner with Integrated Business Technology (IBT) teams and HR stakeholders to deliver transformational programs involving digital HR solutions.
  • Lead, research, and deliver the configuration of UKG and HR technology solutions in alignment with strategic priorities; identify conflicting business practices and integration issues; present and implement alternative solutions.

What You\'ll Do

The HR Systems Analyst - UKG Configuration Specialist will be responsible for UKG configuration activities on the digital HRT Application Management team, supporting operational excellence and the continuous delivery of product enhancements that power UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, Accruals, Activities, and other capabilities across the Cox Enterprise population for the U.S.


This role will focus on supporting Timekeeping, Accruals, Data Hub, Time Clocks, Activities, and other functions, but also working closely with Benefits, Compensation, Core HCM, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management functions across the divisions, as well as with other stakeholders to enhance enterprise capabilities and deliver seamless experiences.


This position will interact with a strong team of configuration leads in a matrix organization; partnering with HR teams and business partners to develop, implement, and maintain enterprise systems, policies, and procedures. This role will also partner closely with our Integrated Business Technology (IBT) teams and various key HCM business stakeholders to deliver transformational programs involving digital HR solutions, including mergers and acquisition activity.

Qualified candidates must be able to lead, research, and deliver the configuration of UKG and HR technology solutions in alignment with strategic priorities and leverage the digital HR ecosystem to its fullest potential. Qualified candidates must be able to identify conflicting business practices and integration issues, and be able to present, design, and implement alternative solutions, keep abreast of changes to the system and new functionality, be educated on new products and services, and gain understanding of how other customers are implementing solutions within their business.


Who You Are


  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related discipline and 4 years\' experience in HR technology. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master\'s degree and 2 years\' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years\' experience in HR technology.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering UKG Workforce Management (WFM), UKG Pro, or UKG Dimensions.

  • Proven experience configuring and maintaining timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, accruals, pay rules, and workforce management modules within UKG.

  • Strong functional knowledge of time collection, labor tracking, overtime calculations, shift differentials, and payroll integration processes.

USD 81,400.00 - 122,000.00 per year


Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $81,400.00 - $122,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate\'s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.


Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company\'s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
