Edina Realty Title is seeking a Sr. Title Closing Processor to work out of our Edina, MN closing center and float to other locations as needed. You will prepare closing files for signing at the closing table, collaborating with closers, lenders and agents on buyers’ and sellers’ big day.
This hybrid role runs Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with travel to other locations required. Strong organization, communication and attention to detail are essential.

Edina Realty Title is seeking a Sr. Title Closing Processor to work out of our Edina, MN closing center and float to other locations to help with coverage as needed. Work as part of the closing team and become an integral part of our buyers’ and sellers’ big day. As a Sr. Title Closing Processor, you will be responsible for preparing closing files that will be reviewed and signed at the closing table. You’ll work side‑by‑side with closers, lenders, production staff and agents as a key team member. This is a hybrid role with work hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Travel to other locations is required.

Wage: $23 - $26 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results.
