Job summary

Edina Realty Title is seeking a Sr. Title Closing Processor for our Brainerd/Baxter, MN closing center. In-office role, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, collaborating with Closers, Lenders and Agents to ensure smooth closings.

You will balance disclosures, reviews, recording packages, and ensure compliance; title issues must be resolved before closing and deposits/disbursements prepared. Requires 2–5 years in real estate/title and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadline pressures and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and balance the closing disclosure, settlement statements and documentation.
• Ensure proper procedures in closing real estate and mortgage transactions.
• Monitor upcoming transactions for completeness and compliance.
• Resolve title issues prior to closing.
• Prepare and submit deposits and disbursement documentation.
