Central Transport LLC is seeking a Terminal Manager in Moline, IL to lead dock operations, manage a team of drivers and dock workers, and ensure safe, efficient freight handling.

This role requires strong leadership, hiring and coaching skills, and a commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced LTL environment. A willingness to work 50 hours per week and a focus on technology will help drive performance.

Ideal candidates have LTL management experience and a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee dock operations at the terminal This includes the process of loading & unloading freight, managing forklift traffic, and overseeing proper picking/sortation of palletized freight.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain terminal staff
• Provide leadership and accountability to a team of drivers and dock workers
• Monitor dock production, ensuring facility Key Performance Indicator goals are met and/or exceeded
• Maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards
• Ensure company operational model compliance
• Support a culture of excellence in quality of product to internal and external customers
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as business levels increase
