Crawford Thomas Recruiting seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician in Orlando, FL to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The role emphasizes strong technical skills, problem-solving, and customer safety.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, reading manuals/diagrams, and maintaining service records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Willingness to travel across Central and West Coast Florida and some statewide work.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to maintain system efficiency.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
• Complete service calls efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and update work orders promptly.
• Communicate equipment issues, repairs, and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Keep the work area and company vehicle clean and organized.
• Travel throughout Central and West Coast Florida, with occasional statewide service work.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and work overtime and weekends as needed.

Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician in Orlando, FL
Pay: $30–$45/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Position: Full-time
Travel: Central and West Coast Florida, with some statewide service work
Experience Required: Commercial HVAC and refrigeration service experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role requires strong technical skills, independent problem-solving, and a commitment to customer service and safety.
