As Nuvolo'sSr. Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for using your ServiceNow knowledge and programming abilities to (1) Answer product/feature questions; (2) Coach, Train, and Provide guidance to Customers, Partners, and coworkers; (3) Resolve Customer & Partner issues, and (4) Solution Design, Develop & Implement Enhancement requests.

Where is the work:
This position is remote.

What you will do:

• Troubleshooting complex technical systems and Writing, Testing and Debugging code (50%)
• Communicating with Clients on daily basis (20%)
• Documenting Client interactions, code/configuration changes, next steps (10%)
• Continually learning (10%):

• Mentoring & Coaching Jr Technical Engineers (10%)

What you will bring:

• Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• 5+ years working as a ServiceNow Developer/Implementation Specialist, or
• 5+ years working as a ServiceNow Admin/Developer
• 5+ years relevant experience* writing and debugging code in an object-oriented language (JavaScript, Java, C#) in any full-stack web development framework
• Comprehensive understanding of
• Change Management (ITSM/ITIL)
• ServiceNow’s CMDB Architecture
• Diagnosing Performance Issues in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Best Practices – Scripting, Technical, etc.
• ServiceNow Certifications:
• Certified System Admin (CSA),
• Certified Application Developer (CAD), and
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-x)
• Experience configuring bi-directional integrations, REST/SOAP methods/resources
• Comprehensive Knowledge and Experience in solutioning, writing, testing, and debugging code/processes for Business/Scoped Application Development, including:
• SN Core Platform Implementation & Setup
• Client-side Scripting – Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Policy Actions; GlideForm & GlideUser APIs,

Compensation:

Annual base compensation:$130,000-$140,000

Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
