Job description

Sr. Technical Business Analyst (Princeton, NJ) –Lead development and configuration of reconciliation solutions using the SmartStream TLM suite, ensuring efficient migration of reconciliation processes to advanced TLM Premium environments using Reconciliations specialist (Stock & Cash); Configure recon classes, dashboards, match rules, and data sources for optimal reconciliation workflows using Technical Business Analysis; Partner with business units, project teams, and clients to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver bespoke solutions that meet evolving financial reconciliation needs; Prepare and maintain technical documentation; Design and develop custom schemas for reconciliations, create and analyze Reference Masks, and troubleshoot TLM data-load issues; Perform PL/SQL scripting for data exceptions, and enhance reconciliation processes through data indexing and performance tuning; Conduct Functional, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for customized TLM configurations; Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure solutions meet functional specifications and performance benchmarks;Drive automation of manual processes through scripting and scheduling tools in Unix Shell Scripting, enhancing system efficiency and ensuring consistency in reconciliation accuracy.

Must have a Master’s Degree or its equivalent (Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years experience inclusive of the 2 years experience in job offered or as IT Analyst) in Computer Science,Computer Engineering, or Data Science plus 2 years experience in job offered or as IT Analyst. Require skills and knowledge of Technical Business Analysis, Smartstream TLM, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Reconciliations specialist (Stock & Cash). Require 100% travel to unanticipated client locations in the US. Allow telecommuting.
