Job Summary

The Senior Technical Analyst-Network (Finance) is responsible for evaluating, recommending, implementing, and maintaining critical infrastructure to support technical computing resources. This role requires deep expertise in specific technical areas, with broad knowledge across related domains. The analyst will solve complex infrastructure problems independently, assist others, evaluate hardware/software options, interface with vendors, lead team planning, and participate in change management processes.

Minimum Qualifications

A college degree with at least 8 years of experience or a high school diploma with 12 years of experience is preferred. Expertise should include O365Azure, various Operating Systems, System Management Solutions, and third-party software products. Proficiency in SAP, project management, and excellent communication skills are also required.

Job Duties

1. Serve as a lead technologist supporting critical, complex technical environments, continuously enhancing skills through education and industry engagement.
2. Evaluate and recommend IT solutions, develop detailed research and documentation, and communicate findings effectively.
3. Plan and coordinate project teams, develop project plans, and manage deliverables and schedules for large projects.
4. Lead and coordinate activities of project members, vendors, and end-users, managing complex technical projects under various conditions.
5. Apply strong problem-solving skills for developing solutions, investigating issues, and resolving problems under demanding circumstances.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in training and mentoring junior technical analysts and peers.
• Make critical decisions independently in a 24/7 support environment, with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively across the organization regarding project status, system performance, and technology choices.
