Opportunity: The Finance Operations team at Wonder is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Associate, Payroll (tax payroll experience required). This role will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll processing, inclusive of review of timesheets and manager training. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with our HRBPs and field managers to iterate and improve payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have prior payroll processing and labor tax experience, thrive in a collaborative environment, and excel at problem solving.
Hybrid model: The role requires 3 days a week in the office in New York or Illinois. Team members may choose to come in up to 5 days a week if it works for them.
Salary: New York: $36.05 – $43.25 per hour. Illinois: $32.25 – $38.95 per hour. Wonder uses geographic‑specific salary structures, which may vary depending on location. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate’s skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
