Sr. Talent Partner Manager (Talent Management Business Partner)

The Senior Talent Partner Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving talent management initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture for the North America Region. This role reports into the Senior Director of Talent Management and collaborates closely with senior executives, HR partners, and business leaders to align talent processes and learning/development programs with business goals.

Location: This role is based on-site at the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Headquarters. This is not a remote role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with regional HRBPs to align on people plans supporting global talent strategies.
  2. Advise managers on identifying and developing high-potential talent, preparing for talent reviews, designing succession plans, and onboarding leaders.
  3. Provide development support and coaching to leaders, including career, performance, and relationship coaching.
  4. Evaluate and assess talent using appropriate tools and processes, accountable for these assessments.
  5. Report on engagement, pipeline, and leadership development metrics by analyzing assessment results.
  6. Collaborate with the global team to facilitate leadership development programs for North America.
  7. Support internal talent searches by utilizing TM insights and data with recruiting and hiring managers.
  8. Manage external consultants or vendors, ensuring programs are tailored to Jabil’s leadership development needs.
  9. Coordinate with HR teams and Learning & Development leads to design and communicate targeted development programs.
  10. Drive best practices in feedback, goal-setting, and performance reviews to promote a pay-for-performance culture.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  2. 12+ years of progressive HR/talent management experience, including 2+ years supervisory experience.
  3. Proven success in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management in a global environment.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills globally.
  5. Hogan assessment certification is a plus.
  6. Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training acceptable.
